Below is a list of our top 10 questions we receive prior to leasing.

How do I fill out an application?
ALL applications are located in the Properties tab. Just under schedule a viewing. If you select the rental and hit "submit an application," you will start our application process.

Additionally, we are 100% digital: we sign leases and take payments online. In some instances, we can provide paper copies (if desired) and an address to mail the payment.

I don't see any properties available?
​
Often, we are fully leased, and we work hard to ensure properties don't stay on the market long. We also have rentals available at a future date. Please contact info@peakgr.com or visit our listings page.
3.
Will you hold the property if I'm interested?
​
In some instances ---- only if you provide a non-refundable $500 fee. This will hold the property for 48 hours while we run our background checks. This fee can be fully applied to your rent if you sign a lease. However, if you are declined or don't sign a lease, this fee will be forfeited as damages to hold the unit.

Besides this, we are "first come, first served" and we strongly encourage all applicants to be prepared and promptly provide all documentation required for applications.

How do you accept payments?

We accept check, debit cards, and credit cards. Additionally, most residents set up automatic payments to ensure rent is paid in a timely manner. We don't accept cash to ensure we have a proper accounting of all funds with zero disputes.

Are there any other services you provide?

Yes, we provide a variety of services, but more importantly, want your tenancy to be as stress free as possible. Please let us know how we may accommodate you.

What if my situation is unique?

We understand that you may have a unique situation. Please reach out to us in writing with your concerns.
7.
Why do you charge a cleaning fee?
​
Each property must be cleaned prior to a new resident moving in to ensure sanitary conditions. Cleaning fees vary based on the square footage of the apartment or home and are due with the security deposit.
8.
Is my application fee refundable?

Only if we do not run the application and perform the background checks.
9.
What is the security deposit?
​
All security deposits are 1.5x the rent for the property. The security deposit is held to ensure proper care of the property takes place, and if not you, the resident is liable.
10.
How do I make a maintenance request?
​
We have 24/7 online maintenance requests forms. Submit your request online and from time to time we might need to get a electrician, plumber or HVAC specialist out to help with a repair. We provide 24- hour notice before they arrive, and we will keep you informed with our online maintenance system.
